How it works
Close analyzes the signal in short spectral frames and gently reduces lingering, diffuse energy with a soft spectral mask. The result is not transparent de-reverb or audio restoration, but a creative source-focus effect: the source feels closer, while the room sits slightly further back.
It is not restoration and not hard de-reverb. Close is designed to reshape distance, focus, and ambience in a musical way, with a gentle clarity correction that keeps the source's outline intact.
